Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order at any time before it enters the shipping or production process. Once an order has begun shipping or entered the production process, we cannot accept cancellation requests.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt.
Returns are subject to the following conditions:
1.The item must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition, with all tags intact and the original packaging undamaged.
2.A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Return Process
Initiating a Return Request: Please contact us via customer service at support@archaic-global.com. We will process your request and provide a designated return warehouse address. Please note:
1.Do not return items directly to the manufacturer.
2.The return address will be specified based on your shipping location and may be a warehouse in China or the United States. Customer service will provide the specific address when you submit your request.
Return Shipping Costs:
1.For returns due to customer reasons (such as changing your mind, incorrect size, etc.): The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to the designated warehouse and the risks during transit. If the designated address is a warehouse in China, international shipping costs will be incurred and will be borne by the customer.
2.Returns due to our fault (e.g., wrong item, defective product): After verification, we will bear the return shipping costs, either by providing a prepaid return label or by reimbursing standard return shipping costs.
Product Inspection: For products claimed to be damaged or defective, please be sure to retain all original packaging, labels, and instructions. We may require you to provide clear photos or videos and product label information to assist in the inspection.
Refund Policy
After receiving the returned goods and completing the inspection, we will send you an email notification of the results.
If the return is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method. The funds will be refunded to your account within 5-10 business days after processing, depending on your issuing bank or payment platform.
Refund Delay or Not Received
If you have not received your refund within the expected time:
1.Please first check your bank account and payment method's transaction history.
2.Due to the potentially long processing times of some banks or payment platforms, we recommend that you contact their customer service for assistance. If the problem persists after completing the above steps, please contact our customer support team at support@archaic-global.com, and we will further investigate and resolve the issue for you.
